Leoniede Brennan
Leoniede Brennan has over 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property practice, including Patent practice in a variety of technologies. A lifelong learner, Lee has Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Biology, and has experience in drafting and prosecution of patent applications and conducting patent research and preparing opinions in multiple inventive areas including Chemical, Medical Device, Bio Technology, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical, Computer Software and Hardware, Microchip Fabrication, Business Methods, Designs and Consumer Goods.
Lee has devoted her career to assisting individuals, inventors and companies in identifying and protecting their Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Portfolio management and counseling, and planning and implementing Patent and IP Strategy.
Lee is a prolific patent practitioner who has drafted over 440 patent applications since 2020, and has conducted over 500 Patent Searches, over 150 Patent Opinions of various types, and over 10,780 Trademark searches and opinions since 2007.
Lee received two Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Macalester College. Before attending Law School, Lee worked as a Chemist/Chemical Engineer in multiple areas of Research and Development and Analytic Testing. Lee has a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell-Hamline School of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll.
